Asparagus With Orange Butter Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
peeled orange slices
Preparation

Combine butter, orange rind and juice in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until mixture is reduced by half and slightly thickened.
Set aside but keep warm.
Cook asparagus. Arrange in a serving dish.
Pour sauce over asparagus.
Garnish with orange slices.
Serves 6.
