Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
7 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (solid)
2 c. water
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix for 2 minutes at low speed with mixer; set bowl aside.
In large bowl, place 7 cups flour, sugar and water; mix for 3 minutes.
Add yeast mixture to flour mixture; mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Let rise for 2 to 3 hours.
