Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Wash chicken thoroughly.
Salt chicken as usual.
Fill the Fry Daddy with oil up to line.
Mix egg and milk together.
Beat well. Add pepper to flour.
Dip your chicken in the milk mixture and roll into flour.
Cook for 20 minutes.
