Pineapple-Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained; save juice
2 pkg. lemon jello
4 c. hot water
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Prepare jello using reserved pineapple juice to which water has been added to make 4 cups.
Add cottage cheese, salad dressing, pineapple and carrots to almost set jello.
Chill and serve.
