Cottage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium chopped onions
    2 large carrots
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef stock
    1 Tbsp. tomato puree
    2 lb. potatoes
    2 leeks, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots first, then brown beef and onions.
    Add carrots, salt, pepper, cinnamon, herbs and parsley.
    Stir in flour; add beef stock and tomato puree.
    Transfer to casserole dish.
    Boil potatoes, mash; cook leeks in butter and add to potatoes.
    Spread potato mixture over meat mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serves 4.
