Hominy Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 cans pork and beans (approximately 16 oz.)
2 cans (approximately 16 oz.) hominy (1 white, 1 yellow)
2 cans (approximately 16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Saute
stew
meat
in oil until
lightly
browned.
Mix together the beans, hominy and tomatoes, using
all
liquid on canned vegetables.* Mix meat and vegetables
together.
Simmer for 3 hours (a crock-pot is great or until meat is cooked).
