Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    8 qt. popped corn
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil except corn and soda; cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Pour over popped corn in large pan or roaster.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Cool.
    Break apart.
    Salted peanuts may be added. Store in airtight container.
    Freezes well.
