Great Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans tuna fish (I prefer in oil, but you can use water-canned tuna)
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. India relish (do not use sweet relish)
3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing (do not substitute mayonnaise)
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 tsp. yellow mustard (optional)
Preparation

Open the tuna cans but do not remove lids.
Use lids to squeeze off excess oil.
Do not squeeze tuna dry.
Remove tuna from can.
Place in medium bowl.
Crumble with a fork.
