Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a deep bowl; add boiling water.
    Beat until peaks form.
    This frosts a 2 layer cake.
