Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients and beat at low speed for 1 minute.
    Stir in grated carrots and nuts. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake about 1 hour or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
