Sweet And Sour Brisket(Taste It, It'S Great!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    2 onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place brisket on onions and garlic.
    Mix other ingredients; pour over brisket.
    Cover and roast in 350\u00b0 oven until tender (approximately 4 hours).
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
    Thicken gravy with flour and water mixture.
