Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    onion, diced
    1 lb. weiners, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in electric skillet and add potatoes, carrots, onions and weiners.
    Saute for a few minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cover then and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
