Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good sized potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions or chives
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each pepper and paprika
    5 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese (optional)
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes and cut into cubes.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Fold into potato cubes.
    Put into casserole.
    Top with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
