Biscuit Tortoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cherry-vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 to 3/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
macaroon cookies
Preparation

Stir almonds, almond flavoring and cream into the ice cream. Fill cupcake tins, with liners, with mixture.
Top with crushed macaroon cookies.
Freeze.
Remove 5 minutes before serving.
