Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices soft bread
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mixture or 1 1/2 lb. lean beef
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each: pepper, mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (moderate).
Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add milk and egg.
Mix well.
Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly.
Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
This is a moist meat loaf!
