Easy Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and well blended.
Serve hot over any ice cream.
