Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Add beef, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the cornstarch covering thickly.
    Add more cornstarch as needed.
    Brown in butter until brown.
    Shake pan often to retain shape of meatballs.
