Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiling sized chicken
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 cans biscuits
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water.
    Add salt and simmer until tender. Remove skin and bones and return chicken to pot.
    Add parsley flakes and poultry seasons.
    If more broth is needed, add 1 can chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil and add the biscuits which have been slightly kneaded and pulled into pieces.
    Stir enough to cover the dumplings with broth.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until done.
