Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. stewed tomatoes or 1 lb. can
    3/4 c. pkg. precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers.
    Remove seeds and membrane. Precook green pepper cups in boiling, salted water about 5 minutes. Drain.
    Sprinkle inside with salt.
    (For crisp peppers, omit precooking.)
