Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put meat into bowl.
    Add other ingredients.
    Form into small balls.
    Fry in a small amount of fat, then remove.
    Add boiling water, beef bouillon and 1 teaspoon sugar to pan.
    Stir until blended.
    Pour over meatballs.
    May be frozen and/or reheated.
