Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1/3 c. red wine
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, celery, onion and green pepper in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes in a large pan.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low heat.
