Plain Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
2 1/2 tsp. salt
4 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry yeast
6 Tbsp. dry milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Measure warm water in mixing bowl.
Add sugar, salt and yeast. Let
stand.
Measure
flour and combine with dry milk. Add butter and half the flour to liquid.
Mix.
Add remaining flour and mix with dough hook until dough leaves side of bowl. Cover and let rise until double in
bulk.
Punch\tdown;
knead on lightly floured board.
Shape as desired.
Place in greased pans;
brush with melted butter.
Let
rise
until
double
in bulk.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown.
