Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 pt. oysters with liquid
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat cream in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
    Add potatoes and oysters with liquid.
    Cook over low heat 3 to 6 minutes or until oysters float to top.
    Add butter.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Continue simmering until butter melts.
    Remove from heat.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 2 3/4 cups.
