Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 large Mexican tamales, broken up
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives (small)
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dry red pepper to taste
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion in large frypan.
    Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.
