Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup shortening
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Then add to dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Roll dough out and cut with cookie cutters.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    You can also color the dough, but do so before you add flour.
