3 c. white self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
1 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 13 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
