Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
corn or peanut oil
Preparation

Bake or fry chicken wings until browned and tender.
Drain if you fry on a paper towel.
Set aside if you bake.
Mix vinegar, water, catsup, sugar, salt and soy sauce in a saucepan.
Mix cornstarch in a small amount of water to make a paste; stir into sauce.
Cook and stir sweet and sour sauce until smooth.
Serve hot or cold.
