Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream well Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well between eggs.
    In a separate bowl, mix cocoa and red food coloring together; add to first mixture.
    Mix soda and vinegar and add to mixture.
    Beat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Grease and flour pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
