Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 family size apricot jello
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 envelope Dream Whip, whipped or large container Cottage cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat 1 cup water to boiling.
Add cream cheese, sugar and jello.
Stir until cheese is dissolved.
Cool until partially thickened.
Add nuts, celery, pineapple and Dream Whip or cottage cheese.
I found for me, the cottage cheese is the best.
