Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
3/4 cup shredded celery
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. ground pork cooked (or any other meat desired)
Handful already soaked bean thread noodles (optional)
1 egg, beaten
2 packages egg roll wrappers
