Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk and sugar; blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes.
