Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white meal
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine meal, 1 quart water and margarine; cook until thick. Add sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, milk and salt.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until it starts to brown, then finish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
