Tuna-Clam Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and liquid reserved
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 Tbsp. diced parsley flakes or 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation

Add enough vegetable oil to tuna liquid to measure 1/4 cup. Heat in saucepan with butter.
Add garlic and parsley and saute 3 to 4 minutes.
Add flaked tuna including broth.
Heat gently; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve on hot spaghetti. Makes 4 servings.
