Jalapeno Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well.
Make sauce of flour, butter and milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add seasonings.
Then add cheese, cut in small cubes.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Combine with spinach.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and chill 6 hours or longer (flavor improves with age). Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
