Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. sour cream
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and bacon.
    Add onion and cook until tender. Drain.
    Add spices and stir in soup.
    Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat, but don't boil (will curd).
    Serve over hot noodles or rice.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
