Perfect Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 heads garlic
    12 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove the outer layer of skin from 1 to 6 heads of garlic.
    Cut 1/2 inch off from each head straight across top and arrange in a shallow baking pan.
    Drizzle 2 teaspoons olive oil over each head, letting it run between the cloves.
    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes, until garlic is tender when pierced with a toothpick.
    Cool slightly.
