Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 tsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, chopped
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients and cover with 2 cups of crushed potato chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until it bubbles around the edges.
Use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Serves 8.
