Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ripe avocados without seeds or skin
    1 1/2 c. diced yellow onion
    3/4 c. sweet relish
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Drain sweet relish in strainer.
    Put all ingredients into a small container.
    Mix together with a butter knife and cut the avocados up.
    Refrigerate and serve.
