Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 egg
3/4 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 small can creamed corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; pour into hot greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
