Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
2 (21 oz.) cans blueberry filling
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter.
Press firmly and evenly in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored.
Beat in 1 cup sugar, the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over crumb mixture.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until cream mixture is set. Sprinkle cinnamon on top; cool.
Once cooled, spread blueberries on top; chill for 8 hours.
Serve with Cool Whip.
