Sonja'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Melt shortening in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in a second bowl.
    Then combine wet with dry, stirring just until moist and pour into pan baking at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until done.
