Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. plain flour
2 c. applesauce
2 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Preparation

Cream together vanilla, sugar and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
