Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pkg. lasagna, uncooked
2 (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook lasagna according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix well.
In a 15 x 9-inch pan, layer:
2 cups sauce, 1/2 lasagna, 1/2 remaining sauce, spinach mixture, 1/2 remaining Mozzarella, remaining lasagna and remaining sauce.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (45 minutes).
Uncover.
Top with remaining Mozzarella and parsley.
Bake 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
