Hamburger Hot Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    10 potatoes, sliced
    3 onions, sliced
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. water
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    In skillet, brown hamburger meat.
    Drain and add garlic salt. In large crock-pot place a single layer of potatoes.
    Add a layer of onions.
    Sprinkle 1/3 of peppers on onions.
    Add a thin layer of mushrooms.
    Add 1/3 of hamburger as next layer.
    Spread thin layer of mushroom soup on top of meat.
    Add water after last layer. Repeat process 3 to 4 times.
    Cook 8 hours on low heat or 4 to 5 hours on high heat.
