Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramel candies
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and spread 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spread chocolate chips on cake.
    Melt caramel candies in milk.
    Spread over cake.
    Spread remaining cake mix on top and bake 15 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
