Herbed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. Watkins onion flakes
1/2 tsp. Watkins oregano
2 large eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Watkins omelet and souffle seasoning
1/8 tsp. Watkins garlic salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except eggs and butter.
Carefully blend in eggs.
Turn into buttered 1-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
