Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. meal
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Pour in 1 unbaked pie crust.
    Cook 35 or 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
