Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. oleo
    4 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 oz. lemon flavoring or 1 oz. lemon extract
    1 oz. water
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 eggs
    1 lb. raisins
    1 lb. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    This make one 8 to 10-pound cake.
