Port Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. Port wine
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 bottle pectin (1 pouch = 1/2 bottle)
Preparation
    Mix all but
    pectin
    in double boiler over medium heat. Cook until sugar
    is dissolved (about 2 to 3 minutes).
    Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
