Ziti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ziti
    1 lb. ground beef
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook ziti as directed on package.
    Brown beef.
    Drain fat. Stir in Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 of sauce and ziti.
    Toss altogether.
    Spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over ziti.
    Top with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
